Vegan Sweet Addiction ! 

Hello everyone, welcome to the Vegan sweet addiction Blog, I’m Valentine, a French vegan pastry chef and chocolate maker, based in the city of Lyon in France.

For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for pastry, firstly as a kid who loved to eat cakes, then by baking them in my family kitchen, until I made it my job for the past 6 years.

 

When I became vegan, over 5 years ago, my passion followed my convictions, and my pastries becamed vegan. I had the chance to work with passionated people that have taught me so much, and have manage to pass on this passion to me, and I want to share this passion and my knowledges to you.

I will bring you some creative and tasty recipe, that will allow you to eat again your favorite desserts and many other treats in a vegan version and sometime gluten free.

Every other Sunday I will share with you, recipes, on my YouTube channel, plus a few more only on this platform, for the best cakes, bakery goods, vegan French pastry and many other desserts from around the world.
