Have you ever tried a Vegan Pumpkin Spice Spread ?
It's still crazy to have 1000 (no exaggeration) spreads & jams of all kinds, but don't have a Pumpkin Spices spread huh 😅. It's crazy ! It's what we most love in autumn!
But don't look, the ready-made vegan version does not exist no, not in our world, I already looked! So you have to do it yourself! But don’t worry, I’ve got you covered 💪! And if you’re like us in any way, it’s going to become your new favorite spread!
The perfect spread to use on toast, brioche, pancakes and anything you fancy in this Fall Season !
Ingredients
• 100g Almonds
• 50g Sugar of choice (dates, coconut sugar…)
• 150g Pumpkin Puree
• 70g Coconut oil
• 1 tbsp Pumpkin Spices blend
• Vanilla
• 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread the al-monds on one baking tray. Toast for 7 minutes.
When toasted, remove from the oven.
To a food processor (ideally 600W or higher), add the toasted almonds, the melted oil, Blend on high for 5 - 7 minutes until a smooth*.
Then add the remaining ingredient and blend until it’s incorporated.
Transfer to a jar for storage.
Perfect to eat with vegan Pancakes, Toast, Brioche or even my vegan Pumpkin Spice pancakes !!!
