About the Recipe
The Pumpkin Spice Latte is a coffee drink made with a mix of traditional autumn spice flavors (cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove), steamed milk, espresso, and often sugar, topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.
Ingredients
40cl Plant-based Milk
75g Pumpkin Puree
1 tsp Pumpkin spices blend
10g Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice: vegan Honey also works very well)
5g vanilla
60ml Expresso
Vegan Whipped Cream
Preparation
Pour the pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup and spices in a blender.
Mix!
Pour into a saucepan, and heat until boiling.
Pour into 2 large mugs, add the expresso and finish with the vegan whipped cream.
