They say there is two maybe even three different types of brownies, what do YOU think ? No matter the answer today I’m delivering to you what most of us want (me including) the chocolate lovers dream a dense super moist, super riche and super fudgy brownie ! And without forgetting the aesthetically pleasing cracked and shiny top. The perfect vegan Brownies.

Ingrédients

  • 180g Vegan dark chocolate

  • 270g Vegan margarine

  • 100ml Plant-based milk

  • 450g All-purpose flour

  • 350g Icing sugar

  • 50g Cacao powder

  • 3g (1 tsp) baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 75g Vegan chocolate chips

  • 75g Walnut

  • 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract

Préparation



STEP 1

Heat oven to 170C/150C fan/gas 31⁄2. Grease and line a 20cm square tin with baking parchment, or use a silicone mold.


STEP 2

In a saucepan (or microwave), melt the dark chocolate, and the margarine with the plant milk on a low heat. Allow to cool slightly.


STEP 3

Put the flour, cacao powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl and stir to remove any lumps. Using a hand whisk, mix the sugar into the melted chocolate mixture, and beat well until smooth and glossy, ensuring all the sugar is well dissolved. Stir in the flour mixture, vanilla extract and then add the chocolate chips, and walnut. Spoon into the prepared tin.


STEP 4

Bake for 35-45 mins until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean with moist crumbs. Allow to cool in the tin completely, then cut into squares. Store in an airtight container and eat within three days.
